Subtle dystopian?

I'm in the middle of rereading 84K and rewatching the first season of Severance before I watch the second

I'm looking for more scenarios that are no doubt dystopian but more creeping, not the end of modern life as we know it, but life adapting to the horrors, horrors that are horror but in ways that enough people can ignore while many also are bitingly aware

A world still recognizable until you really look at it
