I know the title sounds weird, but I really want some book recs where the MC falls in love with their love interest, and they end up in a relationship, but then the love interest hurts the MC (Emotionally, Physically, anything) and the MC doesn’t forgive them.
I don’t care if it’s straight or MLM/WLW.
I want it to be as sad as possible. Silence treatments, angst, guilt, regret, grief, no forgiveness from the MC’s side, etc.
(no kinks, no physical sadism, no weird shit. just emotional pain)
