Need soothing book ideas please 😊

I’m SUPER into psychological thrillers, Freida McFadden is my all time favorite author, Lisa Jewell has some good ones too.

The problem is I get so into their books it’s hard to sleep after!

I’m looking for recommendations on books you can’t put down, that DONT give you that heart beating out of your chest feeling when reading before bed

Bonus if it’s on kindle unlimited!
