What’s a great book, but even though it’s so great, you will never read it again. You’re glad you read it, and would even recommend it to others. Tell me the book and why you’ll never read it again. Thanks.

    1. *The Road*, Cormac McCarthy. I’m not sure if I can deal with that particular bleakness again.

Beartown trilogy, such a good representation of LIFE and PEOPLE and the beauty and pain that come with both, but Jesus Christ it’s dark and sad

    3. *The Spear Cuts Through Water* by Simon Jimenez – absolutely gorgeous writing, incredibly unusual, and it made me cry so hard I was almost sick and I can’t put myself through that again.

      Also, *The Road*.

Lonely Castle In The Mirror by Mizuki Tsujimura. I think it’s because I relate too well with the protagonist >! and I’ve never been one for bittersweet endings. !<
