Looking for For Short Books roughly 80 – 150 pages I didn't really like reading much through high school so I read pretty slow, I can understand complex words and ideas but I would like some books to get into the flow of reading.
Preferably Philosophy or Catholic Theology or at least something with a good lesson to learn for a man in his early 20's

Try Boethius, “The Consolation of Philosophy”
These are chock full of good lessons, but not at all religious (I don’t think religion is necessary, especially if you want to broaden your perspective):
The Martian Chronicles by Ray Bradbury (classic!)
The Ballad of Black Tom by Victor LaValle (if you like Lovecraft, but even if you don’t!)
The Vegetarian by Han Kang (REALLY heavy, but incredibly beautiful)
The Freeze-Frame Revolution by Peter Watts (great sci-fi!)
I would also recommend some short story compilations:
Bloodchild and Other Stories by Octavia Butler
Exhalation by Ted Chiang
New Suns: Original Speculative Fiction by People of Color
When I was at school I read Candide by Voultaire and I really liked it.
