Need a book that will help me develop absurdly irrational and unwavering confidence

I'm moving up within my company and it requires me to sell business (services) at a much higher number than I ever have. While I have slowly become more confident over time, I still tend to sell myself short or downplay my capabilities. I need confidence that will allow me to feel optimistic and energetic even if I am told NO a thousand times in a row.
