Hey everyone,
Late 20s guy here, looking for a solid book recommendation.
A little about me—I’m short, skinny but athletic, creative, and pretty smart. My strengths are in entertainment, comedy, music, and creativity, but honestly, the way the entertainment industry operates makes me hesitant to pursue that path. It feels like a trap, and I don’t want to end up a pawn, murdered, because I didn't play along with my handler.
I also have a strong technical background and can work in tech, but sometimes the high-level concepts leave me feeling lost. On top of that, I have ADHD, my first kid is due in two weeks (exciting but nerve-wracking), and I feel totally unprepared for fatherhood and adulthood in general. Physically, I’m not where I want to be, and mentally, I have no clear vision of how to structure my life to be productive and just flow naturally.
I really like guys like Bedros Keuilian—he seems to have that stuff figured out. I looked into Me 2.0 (which Bedros got from Dan Schawbel), but Dan didn’t exactly look like someone I’d find inspiring, he literally gave scam artist vibes.
So, what books would you recommend for someone in my position? Looking for something that helps with mindset, discipline, and getting life on track. Appreciate any suggestions!
