I’ve been searching for something to hit the spot the same way Swan Song by Robert McCammon or I Who Have Never Known Men has. I don’t want a series, and I would prefer non-supernatural recommendations, so not like The Stand. Although aliens are fine!
Something perhaps post- nuclear war? Word count doesn’t matter. I prefer horror, not a romance fan. No YA, or airport novels, please! Not disparaging them, just not the kind I’m looking for right now. I’ve tried to read Station Eleven since it ticks all the boxes but couldn’t get into it.
