I'm looking for time travel stories that focus less on the science fiction or external conflict aspect and more on the way time travel effects the protagonist, primarily by them going through multiple time loops while retaining their memories of each loop (the loops themselves need to be traumatic for the character).
Ideally, the story will focus heavily on the psyche of the character, with the main conflict being internal, and explores heavily on the way the time travel effects them, focusing on elements such as trauma, the person not valuing themselves, becoming desensitized to the suffering of others, or refusing to accept death.
