I’m looking for some books that might help me to better appropriately and emotionally manage empathy.. i struggle a lot and when I see things that seem cruel, unjust, or just sad, it overwhelms me and really affects my mental health for a long time.
Would love to hear your suggestions 🙂

Radical Compassion by Tara Brach – it’s about how compassion for others and ourselves can be a transformative tool. This book can help you channel your empathy in healthier ways without getting overwhelmed.
**Self-Compassion by Kristin Neff** – Helps develop compassion for yourself as you navigate empathy toward others.
