Are there any books like House MD?

I'm not really looking for medical diagnosis case stories (although it'd be great too), but as well as books that show/write a lot about people's psychologies and their actions and the reasons and conversations surrounding them (and their actions). As much as I like the medical cases in the tv show, I also am widely invested in the lives of the characters; not just the growing tension-love of House and Cuddy per say , but also how their personalities and them being them shape their decision and their lives. The psychology and details of each character is very cool imo so please please please if you know Anything like that let me know 🙏🏻✨💖
