I think there are barely any neutral to optimistic stories of the future. While I don’t want an outright utopian book either I love books where the atmosphere is so strong that you feel like you’ve been transported somewhere else and that place doesn’t have to be dystopian. I really loved Iain Banks Player of games so something like that would be excellent. Any recommendations?
