Books with a Justice League type group in middle school or high school?

I'm surprised how little of this I've seen. I've seen a good amount of stories about kid and teen superheroes, but besides Power Rangers and Stargirl, I can't really think of a story I've seen where, say, a whole team of heroes goes to middle school or high school while juggling the main plot. For example, in the Percy Jackson books, the quests don't conflict with school or anything nor do they focus much on their lives as civilians. But in the kind of book I'm asking about, their civilian lives would.

Preferably, these tropes would be a bonus:

1. Bullying

2. Teacher's actually a villain

3. Apocalyptic stakes

4. At least 3 in this team
