I've recently been looking for a book that covers topics of forbidden and lost love but arn't exactly romance. I want something more in the genre of a coming of age story but with these themes in it and I'd prefer something with same sex relationships or just homoerotic undertones in general but not 100% a necessity.
If such book or books exists I would love to know.
