I just finished rereading the “There’ll Always Be An England” series and I loved it a lot! Unfortunately, I can’t really find another story or book to read now. Pretty much, I’m looking for a story where someone from the 21st century ends up back in time and falls in love with someone from the past. Simple concept but I’m not really looking for anything “steamy”. Thank you for any help in advance!

Mariana by Susana Kearsley? It’s been a few years since I’ve read it, so my memories of the details are fuzzy, but I remember enjoying it quite a bit (as I have all of her books!)
Time and Again by Jack Finney.
Also, who wrote the There’ll Always be an England series you mentioned? I enjoy this genre and tried to look it up, but couldn’t find anything by that exact title!
Stephen King’s **11/22/63** incorporates this in the very long story.
Timeline (Crichton) – archeologists go on rescue mission for time machine company
Transcendence (Savage) – caveman finds an oddly dressed mate in his pit trap
Somewhere in Time (Matheson) – man becomes obsessed with a deceased actress and finds a way to meet her
Millenium (Varley) – airline accident investigator gets personally involved with mysterious woman from the future
