Books like Kitchen Confidential which give an insight into other industries or communities

Just finished the Kitchen Confidential audiobook in pretty much 2 sittings. Are there any other books that give a no holds barred look at a community, industry, etc?

An injection of humour and personality like Bourdain would be ideal but not necessary.

I’ll note I’ve enjoyed Blood, Sweat and Pixels, and Into Thin Air which look into the Game Development industry and the Everest expedition community respectively.
