I don’t understand the ending of the sleep over. Can someone please explain it?

I read The Sleepover by Samantha King and finished yesterday. I reread the ending but I still don’t understand what happened. I just know >! Craig gets stabbed, Mike wasn’t the one to do anything. But was it Adrian? Or not?!<.
