I’ve always had an unhealthy relationship with food since I can remember. I tend to overeat and typically things that are unhealthy, heavily carb-based foods and sugary things.
I exercise a lot, and this helps to an extent. However, diets have never stuck with me and feel like this issue is deeper than what a diet could fix. I seem to eat more when stressed with work, relationships and family. I opt for things which make me feel sluggish and unproductive.
I’m looking for a book which is going to help me understand why I have this relationship with food, and one that has practical and realistic solutions for this. Any recs?
