Send your easy to get into, brain candy, or otherwise extremely fun novel suggestions. I’m a federal employee and extremely stressed out, and I have a book list a mile long but I just can’t figure out what to read and everything I try I just can’t get into. I need something along the lines of the excitement and pace of The Hail Mary Project, The Martian, ACOTAR, Twilight (seriously, just anything even guilty pleasures)etc… something fast paced and not deep at all.
Please help! I need a mental escape right now!

If you like acotar, I’m guessing you’ve read ToG and CC too?
Have you read Finlay Donovan? Those books are easy, fun reads (especially on audio). The series is a comedic mystery.
For historical fiction – I recently listened to The Women by Kristin Hannah, and it was one of the best books I’ve read in my entire life!
For literary fiction – The Wedding People was also a recent favorite of mine as well.
If you want fantasy, the Belladonna trilogy is great!
