Suggest me a book where 1st and 2nd read feel like two different stories

I recently read 2 books with such big revelations/plot twists towards the end, that it completely changed how I view the earlier sections of the book (think something like disney's Strange World or "hero sets out to defeat the BBEG, turns out the hero *is* the BBEG" trope) and I need more.

I mostly read queer romance, love the experience of being completely confused by the story and imo unreliable narrator is peak.
