Low fantasy low stakes books

By low fantasy I mean magic is rare and mostly items or places not people slinging spells.

And by low stakes I mean no saving anything larger than a barn. So no kingdoms/worlds/religions/universes/gods.

Prefer morally grey heroes who do the right thing.

Not interested in books with rape, prolonged torture scenes, gore, or body horror.

Does anything fit that criteria?
