Black Woods Blue Sky by Eowyn Ivey
I pretty much cried through the last 100 pages
It’s pretty clear from early on what is going to happen, but that doesn’t make it any easier when it does. Also just some really gorgeous words and thoughts about nature and the wild.

The Book Thief by Markus Zusak is probably my all time favorite. Flowers for Algernon by Daniel Keyes broke me too, and the last one I read was The Way Out by B. Fox, absolute tearjerker.
I love a good cry btw 🙂
