    Hi all!

    Im an avid reader who has struggled with some form of chronic illness for the last 10 years.

    I’d love to hear if anyone has read a book about improving a healthy lifestyle that’s not full of bs – that understands balance when it comes to food, medications, etc. Something that presents science as the foundation for recommendations, not just something that’s a current trend. And something that’s not trying to sell me anything!

    It’s so hard to trust anything these days, so I’m hoping someone here has had some positive success in finding one.
