I have quite the fancy for 19th century London. I would really like to read a book that follows the life of a London lamp lighter, maybe he uncovers a mystery or some other odd goings on. But really open to just about any premise. I have read a bunch of Sherlock Holmes and it kind of scratches that itch. But I would really like to find a story centered around a lamp lighter….does such a story exist?
