Restaurant/bar short stories

I’m looking for a book that is a series of interviews, short stories or quick chapters based on chefs, restaurants or bars. Currently reading Last Call by Brad Thomas Parsons but by bit each night and loving it. Looking for something similar to continue enjoying for a few moments each evening. Thanks so much!
