Hello.
I study and read as a hobby, and I'm currently looking for good books about the following themes:
- Artificial Inteligence (Learning how it works, how to possibly make one, and where it comes from)
- Programming (I'm a beginner, I program basic websites and started to work with windows forms recently)
- History (Currently in queue I have The Anarchy and Powers and Thrones (vol 1))
- Design (Currently in queue I have Universal principles of design)
- Self improvement and finances (I have read The richest man I Babylon, Psychology of Money and reading Atomic Habits ATM. I enjoyed all of them A LOT)
Thank you In advance.

For history, the following are good for general readers:
*Postwar: A History of Europe Since 1945* by Tony Judt
*SPQR: A History of Ancient Rome* by Mary Beard
*The Coming of the Third Reich* / *The Third Reich in Power* / *The Third Reich at War* by Richard J. Evans
*The Civilization of the Middle Ages* by Norman F. Cantor
*The Great Sea: A Human History of the Mediterranean* by David Abulafia
Max Tegmark’s speculative non-fiction **Life 3.0** presents the spectrum of futures mankind faces due to the ascent of artificial intelligence. He’s a physics professor so it leans heavily into how it could occur.
It’s not so much at the coding level but rather at the what can be done with it.
