I'm in the middle of Going Zero. It follows a librarian that is a contestant as a beta tester for a new government surveillance system. About halfway through the librarian flips the script on the government. All I will say is that it's tied to her ex-husband who was in the CIA.
Something along these lines would be appreciated.
