for context, I just got a job at a sexual violence resource center. of course through my own life as a women in her late 20s I have a basic grasp/understanding/experience of sexual violence & why it happens but I would like more knowledge in this area as I haven’t worked directly with survivors before in this capacity. I tend to learn well through reading, audiobooks, & documentaries. Memoirs are great tools for this kind of learning for me. More academic style of books are welcome too. Bonus for any that specifically address indigenous stories as my organization serves a geographical area that includes 3 native reservations. Other racial or cultural perspectives would be great too as I am a white woman raised in a rural midwestern area that lacks substantially in diversity. Queer & trans stories appreciated too. I am queer but haven’t dealt with any SA/DV from past female partners, only male. So I’d like to learn more about intimate partner violence in queer relationships. I lot of my role will be public facing educational content & special event coordination so I want lots of ways to understand & explain these phenomenons so I can help properly educate the community about preventing & addressing SA + DV.

I’ve already read or been recommended:
Know My Name by Chanel Miller,
What My Bones Know by Stephanie Foo,
As We Have Always Done by Leanne Betasamosake Simpson,
Down the Drain by Julia Fox,
Uncultured by Daniella Mestyanek Young, &
    Educated by Tara Westover.

TLDR: Seeking recommendations on books I should check out to help inform my work with survivors of sexual abuse + intimate partner violence. Varied cultural perspectives/stories appreciated.
