Lady Knights – Tamora Pierce – Swords

I’m looking for books about female knights. I just finished rereading the Tamora Pierce books and love them. I would love to read something similar, specifically about female knights. Fantasy is my preferred genre, but I’m open to others. I’m kind of thinking like Arthurian.

Bonus points if the FMC isn’t just an angry male character who has been gender swapped.

I’d also prefer an older protagonist, but that isn’t a deal breaker.

– Deverry Cycle by Katherine Kerr (Some female “knights”, mercenaries)
– Red Sister by Mark Lawrence (not knights, warriors, but here for vibes)
