Hey everyone,
My girlfriend and I are gonna do a little book swap where we each get each other a book the other should read.
We have quite different tastes in books (I read more realistic fiction or non-fiction, whereas she reads more romantasy, fantasy, etc. especially some of the popular ones that get recommended on social media). She loves ACOTAR, Throne of glass, fourth wing, etc.
I wanna give her a book that’s out of that realm just to broaden her reading out. I don’t wanna go all the way to like a dense nonfiction that she’d probably hate so I’m looking for recommendations that someone that loves those books would like but is out of those mainstream books.
Any recommendations would be great!
