So im trying to get back into reading and need some help, i would like to see what everyone would recommend if i kinda explain what i like.
So i love stories like the da vinci code/angels and demons etc that sort of revolve around a hunt for artefacts of historical or supernatural relevance/power with a twist of conspiracy with the Gov or religion, you could also throw in media like the uncharted games/lara croft even like the national treasure movies haha. I found a female author (i think) years ago that seemed to have a whole series like this i think one may have been a hidden vikings artefact or something (i could be completely wrong).
As an alternative, i adore films that make me think and have that mind exploding scene at the end that makes you think, omg what?!?? Like one scene that pulls the whole movie together or apart or leaves it ambiguous for your imagination to run free, if that makes sense. For reference, interstellar, inception, shutter island, fight club etc.
If anyone has any recommendations it would be massively welcome 🙂
