Hi! Does someone know a book which reviews what moral values humans have held over time in different societies? I don't mean theories explaining why some moral values might have evolved or changed, but more like a record of moral values which were practiced based on historical evidence.

That’s a massive subject and if there exists a single book that covers it it’s probably not a good one.
The best thing that comes close to what you’re describing is the work of Max Weber. I recommend the collection *From Max Weber: Essays in Sociology*.
