Introvert Leader

I'm looking for business/leadership books that say, "yes, even introverts can be good managers and leaders". I've always felt that as an introvert, I can't handle conflict or be good enough at interpersonal interactions to be a good manager and all the "tough love" that comes with it.
Any books that would help teach a conflict-avoidant introvert how to be a good leader?
