My daughter came to be with true crime books about serial r*pists and familial-cide and it’s just a bit gruesome for this age. (IMO)
Looking for true crime or mysteries (or even things like Chernobyl) that aren’t necessarily written for teens/tweens, but maybe more appropriate less horrific?
I’d even be willing for In Cold Blood, but she may get bored.
