I’ve started tracking my reading on StoryGraph as an alternative to Goodreads. (I’m trying to avoid Amazon and Amazon-owned companies). One thing I’m really missing are all the lists of upcoming books on Goodreads. Browsing those was where I found most of the new books on my TBR list.
Does anyone have any recommendations of ways to keep track of upcoming releases? Sites with book recommendations?

Follow booktubers/ bookstagrammers with a similar taste to you and your favourite authors/ publishers/ bookstores on social media
LitHub is a great resource. I also constantly scroll through new releases on Libby (probably not helpful if you don’t have a large library system)
I follow a lot of local indie bookstores on Instagram and sign up for their newsletters. A lot of them will post upcoming events for new releases or lists of books they’re looking forward in the next 6 months.
Follow publishers, check their insta, subscribe to their newsletter.
The Millions.
Do people really read newly released stuff that much? I read maybe 1-3 books a year that released that same year, everything else I just pick from the hundreds and at this point thousands of entries from my goodreads “TBR”.
