Two of the most impactful books for me were "Shifting from Fatigue to Flow" by Hadi Sarmasti and "Rest: Why You Get More Done When You Work Less" by Alex Soojung-Kim Pang. These books helped me break free from the cycle of constant exhaustion and made me realize that poor habits in sleep, nutrition, work style, and rest were the main causes of my fatigue. I learned how to manage my energy throughout the day to maximize productivity without feeling burned out.
