For context: I have one person whom I hate so much <not going into much details but she is one of the reason why i have mental health problems— like she triggers me> i did my best distancing myself. So far it's been okay since I haven't seen her from 2022 but today I accidentally saw her and all my emotions showed up again — anger & hatred. I know it's not healthy specially it stresses me out.
So pls suggest me a book that will somewhat help me manage this feeling lol. Thank you!!
