Hi, I’m currently a final-year high school student graduating soon. While I’m excited about the future, turning 18, and starting uni, I also feel a bit anxious about the uncertainty ahead, especially when it comes to make decisions for my school applications and beyond. Is there any book that could help me to prepare my mindset for this transition and offer some insights into the adulthood? Thank you🙏🏻

The Defining Decade by Meg Jay helped me a lot when I was in your position. Its not preachy but gives good advice about navigating your 20s. Also check out 101 Essays That Will Change The Way You Think by Brianna Wiest – its got short chapters you can read whenever you need some perspective. Both books made me feel less lost about the whole college/growing up thing. I’ve been digging into growth stuff like this with the [NoFluffWisdom Newsletter](https://nofluffwisdom.com/subscribe)—keeps me on track!
