Books set in Rome or Athens

Hi all, we are heading on a trip soon to Rome, Athens, and several other cities. I’m looking for books (preferably mysteries, thrillers or historical fiction), set in either Rome or Athens. I would like to get a feel for these cities/countries so please send your recommendations my way! Thank you!!
