Need a book like “the song of Achilles” Or “seven husbands of Evelyn hugo”

Basically something that has the same vibe where I cannot put it down. Something that is so good and FULL of drama. I need something that has people being happy and doing things for love. Where I feel powerful as a reader. Like I'm being let in on a secret and it's great. I don't want something full of fantasy though. Need it to be realistic but something very new.
