So I find myself easily stressed and angry, usually caused by people in public. From those who don't watch what they're doing, those who have no idea they're being an inconvenience to others, and those who just don't give a shit.
What's a good book for this kind of thing? Would a book about not caring be good? I can't really change the people's attitude so it would be better to change myself I guess.
