Book about hormones and what to eat without being to “diety”
Hi! So every book I’ve read so far about gut health, hormones and how to eat based on a healthy diet has been a bit more on the “diety culture” does anyone know some books which this is not the case in?
Not a book but there’s a documentary on Netflix about the gut microbiome that I fully expected to be diet culture infused and terrible but it was quite neutral and was insightful! It’s called Hack Your Health: The Secrets of Your Gut.
