I don't know much abt Greek mythology except the very basics I was thinking of getting gods and hero's of Ancient Greek bcz it seems like a good start but l'm very interested in reading circe, the odyssey, the iliad, and the song of Achilles. I'm not sure if it's better to just buy those books or get gods and hero's of Ancient Greek I'm not sure if I need background info in order to understand some parts of the book I tried looking online and kept getting mixed results.
