i have a friend that recently decided she wants to pick up reading as a new hobby and asked for some recommendations but everything i suggested sounded a bit too overwhelming to her (i mostly read fantasy fictions novels etc). what would be some good books for someone who has never picked up a book for pleasure before that is both a quick read and not romantic
