Books with weird/unique plots

The best way to describe the genre is sci-fi or fantasy to some degree. I'm looking for books with plots/premises that are in the vein of The Memory Police, Cassandra In Reverse, Oona Out Of Order, Aimee Bender's novels, My Murder. They're honestly one of a kind books that work so well in convincing you of the reality in the story yet you have no idea how the author ever thought of the story in the first place. If anyone can provide anything, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
