Hello book experts!
I’m looking for some book recommendations for my daughter. She’s only 12 weeks, but we read together daily. I’m a middle school English teacher, so I have a great grasp on Middle Grade and YA novels, but have limited knowledge of children’s picture books.
We’re looking for something fun to look at with a great message of bravery, kindness, or being silly. She hates tummy time, so bold pictures are a helpful distraction right now, too. She’s also a very intent listener, so lots if words are okay…something she will grow into!
Some of our current favorites are:
“A Little Bit Worried”
“Tomorrow I’ll be Brave”
“The Little Mouse, The Red Ripe Strawberry, and The Big Hungry Bear”
“Ruby Finds a Worry”
“Dinosaurs in Love”
Thankful for any recommendations!
