Sci-fi books that have extremely disturbing content/themes

Anything from torture to assault, murder, body horror, etc. I have zero limits lol The more fucked, the better honestly

I really like sci-fi and want to expand my reading but I also love horror and just generally Not Nice things/themes so I'm trying to combine the two. Can be a series, doesn't have to be a standalone
