Mafia romance where the female lead is part of the mafia and the male lead is soft/naive/innocent (in some parts younger I suppose). (With male POV/protagonist)

Basically title. I guess it’s kind of just mafia romance role reversal, but I want it to be more like “powerful older criminal woman dotes on and protects this soft cinnamon roll of a guy” and whatnot.

Better if the girl is protective
If the guy is more soft/nonviolent/good/clearly not built for the criminal underworld
If the guy is younger than the girl
If the guy is at any point threatened as a damsel in distress, forcing the girl to swoop in and save him
