Just saw the movie and loved it, and will start the book soon but else can you suggest? Books with strange and wild premises, maybe with scifi elements, with out-of-the-box and almost campy motifs and characterization?
Look into Ursula Le Guin, she is all about strange Sci Fi premises whilst cleverly centring her books around real world politics! Mickey7 is a pretty good, can’t wait to see RPatz smash another role!!
