    The Pleasure Trap is great in that it explains why unhealthy food is unhealthy from an evolutionary standpoint and then it gives you some actionable points on how to radically change your life Allen-Carr-style (no atomic habits).
    The problem is that the book was written in 2006 and is outdated at this point. It suggest some questionable things like proteins cause cancer or cyro or that you should do water-only fasting for days. Is there a newer, better version of this book?
